Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management Accounts to provide an integrated service delivery.
  • Be responsible for managing the enhancement of a consolidation and reporting process.
  •  Ensure work is delivered timely and in compliance with client high level of expectation and time constraints.
  • Work with other work-streams IT, IFRS specialists, Oil and Gas expert, Transaction activities.
  • Propose strongly documented solution and be able to implement and deliver the recommendations.
  • Ensure that the Team work products meet the needs and expectations of clients are clear,accurate and well-presented.

Qualification and Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree and in finance or accounting or marketing. Masters would be preferred.
  • Strong team working skills with the ability to work with different people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Assistance of consolidation teams in world class companies.
  • Involvement on consolidation and reporting transformation projects: new tool implementation, process review due to an IPO or a carve out, new IFRS standard implementation.
  • Strong advisory mindset to influence and guide the client to become a world-class consolidation activities.
  • Audit of complex consolidation process.
  • Keen to develop technical and other attributes of assigned team members.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary.
  • Outsourcing of the preparation of consolidated financial statement for Middle Market Groups.
  • Strong technical skills in IFRS and consolidation process.
  • No incompatibility to work in Saudi Arabia during the time of the project.
  • Oil and gas industry knowledge and experience as a baseline requirement. Power and utilities knowledge and experience as an advantage.
  • At least 4 years of experience working on consolidation and reporting topics.
