Responsibilities:

  • Identify the required development, training and other needs by the sales team to keep on developing capabilities.
  • Ensure adequate literature and documentation levels are maintained to support Sales and BDM events.
  • Prepare and own the annual assigned budget for the region.
  • Work effectively with the sales team to help maximize Rose mount and Emerson Automation Solutions’ potential within the region.
  • Lead and coach the sales team to further develop and grow the business.
  • Keep up to date with developments and trends in products, industries and market conditions.
  • Promote the sale of Rose mount products and solutions.
  • Identify possible successors and jointly work with local management on development plan.
  • Own the reporting process for the region by working closely with the sales team.
  • Utilize the Strategic Selling, Sales Negotiations and Sales Presentations processes.
  • Manage the core accounts to increase scope and business levels.
  • Promote life cycle capabilities, assign individual goals per sales members to drive the same.
  • Collect and consolidate market intelligence and details of competitor activities.

Qualification and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Instrumentation.
  2. Have strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, specifically in the Western and Central regions, covering a broad range of industries.
  3. Will be an experience people leader, with the ability to identify, coach, develop and manage a sales team.
  4. You will be adept at stakeholder management and be able to work closely with our local business partner to achieve business goals.
  5. At least 10 years experience of sales or business development of Instrumentation products.
