Job Description:

Jobs in NTS Group as Finance Manager. Manage the entire support operations of the Company. Ensure management of the activities in accordance with the strategies. Reviews Internal Auditor or External Auditors’ reports and ensure necessary corrective action is undertaken.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that sound policies, procedures and internal controls are effectively employed for proper execution of duties, responsibilities and attainment of overall goals and targets.
  • Ensure compliances with local laws & Company policies.
  • Manage the entire support operations of the Company.
  • Provide an economics advisory service and economics modeling service to the Company.
  • Ensure preparation of individual departmental strategy and business plans.
  • Provide leadership to all members of the finance department.
  • Culture of team spirit, co operation and continuous self development within the Company.
  • Ensure management of the activities in accordance with the strategies.
  • Reviews Internal Auditor or External Auditors reports and ensure necessary corrective action is undertaken.
  • Review and approve departmental development and operating plans prepared by the respective section heads.

Job Requirements:

  1. Master Degree in Accounting or Finance or professional certifications such as ACCA or ACA or CPA.
  2. Development of transparent internal financial controls and related systems, which meet the aspirations of all shareholders.
  3. Deep understanding of leading industry practices in various functional areas within finance.
  4. Thorough understanding of hospitality industry with Experience in dealing or coordinating with commercial banks, international lenders, financial institutions etc.
  5. Thorough experience in undertaking independent decisions in areas such as financial planning, cash management, fund management, accounting standards and policies, contracts and procurement, invoice processing and payments etc.
  6. Strong drive for information technology advancements.
  7. 10-15 years prior experience in a private or public sector Company.
